The Founders

Since joining forces Blair and Justin have discovered a true synergy. The ability to leverage each other’s strengths is proving to be a fertile ground for solving complex problems that real estate agents face on a daily basis.

Blair Robinson

Blair has been working in social media since 2012, consulting to a wide range of industries including eCommerce, professional services, finance, fitness, coaching, online education, celebrities and sports stars.

Early in 2023, Blair and his team undertook a project to automate the process of creating and running social media ad campaigns, utilising machine learning and AI to automate the targeting process.

Justin Hodgson

Justin began his real estate career as a Partner at high-end agency Kay & Burton and worked as CMO at OBrien Real Estate. During that time, helped REIV and REB award winning teams for digital marketing and marketing communications.

Prior to working on the front line in real estate he worked in marketing and product development roles at Fairfax, Sensis, Seek and Cox Enterprises.
